Kyle Jones is the Founder of Land & Legacy Group and Broker/Owner of BlueWater Realty Group, bringing more than 25 years of experience in real estate, land conservation, forestry, and natural resource management.

Kyle holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate from Florida State University and a Master’s Degree in Natural Resources from Virginia Tech, combining specialized education with decades of hands-on experience in land acquisition, conservation, and management.

His distinguished career includes working with the U.S. Forest Service, the State of Florida, and The Nature Conservancy on significant land conservation and acquisition initiatives. Most notably, Kyle served as the lead negotiator and project manager for a 14,000-acre, $50 million land exchange considered one of the most complex land transactions in the history of the U.S. Forest Service.

Beyond his professional experience, Kyle is an avid outdoorsman and landowner with personal holdings in South Georgia that he actively manages for timber production, wildlife habitat, and recreational enjoyment. This firsthand experience provides him with a practical understanding of the opportunities, challenges, and responsibilities associated with rural land ownership.
